RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Orders containing printed graphics or custom-built frames cannot be returned or exchanged due to their customized nature.

Non-custom items may be returned if they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Restocking fees may apply.

Returns will be accepted only with a provided RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team, obtainable by emailing info@qikdisplays.ca. Packages received without an RMA will be rejected by our warehouse.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind our workmanship. If you receive any damaged or defective products, we are committed to promptly resolving the issue. Please submit a claim by emailing info@qikdisplays.ca within 3 days of receipt. We advise inspecting your items upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Changes to orders, including shipping address, delivery dates, or products, must be requested before artwork approval for custom items or before shipment for stocked items. Any alterations to orders may incur additional charges or refunds where applicable. All outstanding balances must be settled in full before shipment.

Cancellations are only accepted if products have not yet been printed or shipped.
