ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Artwork Guidelines
Request templates from info@qikdisplays.ca or from your sales representative directly.
- Provide artwork at actual size as a native illustrator file with text converted to paths and placed graphics
- Ensure all scans and text are in CMYK (not RGB) before saving finished artwork
- Press Ready PDFs created from Illustrator with text converted to paths are also acceptable.
- Email artwork to info@qikdisplays.ca
- Bitmap/raster graphics should be 300dpi at reproduction size, CMYK TIFF, JPEG, or EPS with clipping paths if applicable
- Vector graphics should be in CMYK EPS format
- Supply A4 or A3 hard copy proof
- Artwork should have a 20mm bleed on all edges
- If Auto Pop is to be die-cut, provide cutter die artwork (may be placed in artwork)
- Avoid running critical text through folds
- If you want a self-erecting foot, avoid running text through the die-cut at the base
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Convert all text to outlines before saving finished artwork files.
- Save files as Press Ready PDFs.
- Ensure all scans are CMYK (not RGB).
- Supply all relevant scans or embed scans into the file.

Notes to Designers:
- Ensure all graphic files are at 100 dpi at the overall graphic layout size.
- Create all graphic files using CMYK mode for optimal color matching.
- Provide a PMS color for specific color matching.
- Flatten all images and outline all text to prevent any issues during file transfer.
- Be mindful of Safe Visible Area and keep important images and text within this line.
